Yep, the media is already pumping him. Clemson has no chance for one of their players to win a Heisman. The sports media is almost as bad as the national media.

started. If he doesn't win the Heisman it will be because of performances like today. Surely you watched the same game I did today. Trevor had ALOT of bad throws today where he just completely missed guys. 6.7 ypa with a bad pick-6 against a horrible Cuse team just isn't Heisman caliber. If he had played like he did last week against GT he would still be leading the Heisman race, but now he's opened the door for Fields and Mac Jones.

Yes, he's been the front runner but one bad game for him is exponentially more harped on than one for other contenders. Is that because he's at Clemson? I think there is some truth to that. It probably also has to do with the fact he's the crowned sure thing #1 pick.

You really have to hire a PR firm and spend a lot of money marketing a guy to get him that silly beauty pageant award named after a Clemson coach. I am happy Clemson does not bother. Maybe it would be worth it if it was the Danny Ford or something.
