This year’s team’s performance

We are not scoring on 1st drive like we should be doing. Too often 3 and out to start the game...
Scoring first means so much, it sets the tempo, gives the opposing team DREAD in their mission.

If Dabo/Scott/Elliot can change this, I think we get back to DOMINATION.
My $0.02.

let's just score every time we have the ball since it's so easy. And we've played 5 games, gone 3 and out twice on the first drive.

offense to not be racking up huge numbers. Everyone is back from a team that scored huge totals in every game last year except Syracuse and Tex AM. Its not just Trevor, but its the line that is having trouble blocking for the running game and the protecting for the pass.

Figured the defense would take a step back and we'd have to rely on the offense, but it has been the other way around. Not sure what is going on, but it is strange. WE should be every good as Ohio State, LSU, Oklahoma and Alabama on offense. Auburn too for that matter. We have one common opponent with Auburn and that is Tex AM and we beat them worse so maybe we can wake up and be the team that we were though to be on offense.

IF the offense ever does get in gear, then we will be hard to handle because our defense will give the offense plenty of time to create distance on the scoreboard.
