The more that comes out, the more you can see Dabo's plan.

Hiring Jeff Davis shows an early insight into what it takes to build a foundation for the future.

Agreed...From day one I admired Dabos enthusiasm/spirit as well as his genuine love and affinity for Clemson. But I also have to admit that Clemson hiring a young man who had never been a head coach at any level raised some concerns. He appeared to be "all in", and you had confidence he would do whatever he could to uplift Clemson, but experience is something he didn't have, and being a greeny is an unmistakable when your roaming the sidelines. I was among those who were fingers in hopes that he could transition into becoming a head coach.

As time goes on and his experiences expand into a larger body of work, he's proven to be a wise choice who has got the knack for it. He has shown a lot of wisdom in guiding Clemson to greater heights. Swinney has proven he is more than a great guy who has a strong desire to win; he has also proven he has the talents to do so.
I remember watching Dabo roaming the sidelines a few times last season and being stoked about it. He just has that aura about him now. You can sense he is a battle tested head coach who has found his niche, and is firmly entrenched. Clemson has themselves a real "ball coach" now. Some might say a "young" ball coach, but a ball coach nonetheless. Whats that old saying???...youth shall be served:P
