To make it sound as though academics are involved we could name him the Czardene. Sounds a bit fishy but I believe it would work. Having one person make the decisions makes it easy for us fans to place the blame or the praise. I sometimes get the feeling man invented a Committee as a means of deterring any action on a problem.
