my son never sleeps past 645 and he is still asleep at 730. Hate to wake them both up as I guess they really needed the sleep. Big weekend.

Or I guess it could be the time change too, but that really wouldnt make sense.

Daughter has a real hard time falling asleep, especially if

she naps during the day. She took an hour nap driving home from the zoo so she was up at 10:45 last night asking me HOW DO I FALL ASLEEP DADDY? I bet she is a pill this morning, but I am not there and have been at work since 630. Time changes suck.
