Real talk boys - I think I overdid it

Haven't drank or done any drugs since Sunday. Been drinking water and pedialyte nonstop since my 3-day bender. Problem is, every time I pee or ejakulate or anytime any fluids leave my body whatsoever I get a sharp pain in the top right of my head. I think it's just a migraine, but weird how it only flares up with something comes out of my peter or butt.
Any ideas? This happened to me one time when I was lifting weights and I thought I had busted a blood vesseel in my head.

A guy does yayo 4 times a week for 5 years in his 20s.
Now that he's in his 30s his does it ONE NIGHT and feels like life is over.

I had something similar probably 5-6 years ago, and it dragged on for MONTHS. I was popping 800mg of ibuprofen multiple times a day. Finally went to see my doc, and he guessed it was a nagging sinus infection. That wouldn't have occurred to me since there were no other cold-like symptoms. He gave me an antibiotic, and within a day or two...gone.
So, something to consider.

though. I might try the anti-inflammatory for a few more days and then hit up doc for some amoxycillin if it doesn't clear up soon (the sinus infection, that is)

Just sucked. And the things are getting antibiotic resistant. Regular Amoxicillin didn't do a thing for me. Doxycycline did the trick though. I got so sick of the doctor telling me it was a virus after the antibiotics didn't work. Ended up being a phone visit with a doc in a box that worked. I told her the antibiotics I'd been given that did not work and she threw a new one at me, and it worked like a charm.

that + getting old ain't a good thing. if you have a history of doing it than you're more susceptible to the dirty #### causing infections (even clean, still can cause problems).
i swore off the stuff a long time ago...nothing more than a bump at a show or something, but never more than one or two lines (lutz). gotta grow from the earth man
drink an ungodly amount of water, take vitamins, all that #### your sposed to do w/ a cold + spark up and quit being a beach

bottle of Gatorade, lemon-lime.
Drink the whole thing and mix in some BCAAs.
Then take that bottle, fill it up with water and stand it up on a chair. See how far you can sit down on it before you start losing your vision.
