i dont think he would have been quite as bad as he was at ole miss, but he was trouble from the get go ...his mother was trouble , and his brother , who was supposed to look out for him and take care of him , as his mother claimed , was the biggest trouble of all....

I say yes...
Ole Pi$$ lacks the ability to develop talent for the next level in my opinion. The moment he stepped on campus he was not challenged. There was never any competition in place to challenge him and make him get better. He walked in with a silver spoon and leaves as such. The only reason we are hearing his name in the draft is because he's 6'4 296 pounds. He's tallied a whopping 6 sacks in 19 career regular season games and 16 career tackles for loss. He's been complete trash and a bust in college.

Well, Robert Nkimdiche's loss turned out to be Kevin Dodd's gain.
Robert's production in college was...limited, whereas in Dodd we ended up with a strongside end who got three sacks in the national title game, was second (behind his own teammate Shaq Lawson!) in the country in TFL's, and projects to go in the first round himself.
Usually when teams lose out on a 5-star talent, particularly at a key spot like defensive end, they do not get better, but in Clemson's case that ain't bravado, it's just a fact.
'Course, I'm kind of grumpy we had to turn around and do it yet again with Rashan Gary this year. Do these guys not learn?
Of course, guys like Austin Bryant or Richard Yeargin III or Clellin Ferrell could end up making us forget about Rashan Gary in much the same manner as Dodd made us forget Nkimdiche, too, so hey. The more history repeats itself...the more history repeats itself, seemingly.
