The Williams kid that made a reception in the first half

Sep 20, 2013, 9:04 AM

"looked" like a stud. I don't follow practice as much as some of you guys...honestly, I probably knew where he was from when he signed with us, but haven't heard his name since, but this kid looked like he could be an impact player. Not sure if he's just not there yet in practice or what, as to why he's not playing more...but I loved the way the kid looked with on the field.

Yes sir. The pride of Holly Hill, SC. He is the future and is a great athlete. Wait until you see him in some open space...

That was a designed play for him. They clearly practiced it

a lot. Beautiful throw and catch. Seriously, that kind of flawless execution was NFL-esque. Great job by the staff with that play. I hope we keep that one in the bag of tricks and whip it out again when we need a solid mid-gainer.

I agree. I loved how he went and got that ball. I thought I was having flashbacks of nuk. Passing windows are often too small to let the ball come down to you. He looks like he is capable (and willing) to go up and ###### it out of the air from anyone.

He is really impressive ! Long arms good speed he has a great future at Clemson !

The only thing that kept him from being a 5 star was speed

Other then that he's a very complete WR. He runs good routes, has very good hands, high points the ball well and isn't afraid of contact. In a few years I expect him to be a taller and stronger Nuk
