The Truth About Our Conference

I am so sick of hearing our conference referenced over and over again. Everyone agrees we are embarassed by the play of our conference and consistent underperformance. We get it and agree.

But instead of spewing your narrative of superiority face the reality. You could have had us. You had plenty of chances but we were too much a threat in recruiting and division play to invite. If SCAR thinks they are preferred in the SEC to Clemson they are delusional.

So stop this incessant whining about our ease of schedule and go back to collecting your SEC hats to put on when they play Clemson at the Natty because our program is currently that good despite the ACC.

We've been to 5 playoffs and SEC team South Carolina could

have prevented every trip. All they had to do was beat us and they went 0 for 5. In addition, Auburn had a shot at preventing our conference from being represented in the playoff in 2016 and 2017 as well as Texas AM in 2018 and 2019.

That's 9 opportunities the SEC had at single taking the matter into their own hand and preventing this ACC team from making the playoff. They went 0 for 9 in those opportunities.

And to top it off, both of our CFP National Championships came against a #1 ranked, undefeated and 14-0, SEC Champion.

There is nothing they can say to the above. The playoff meant their talk was meaningless, and everything would be decided on the field. And with that, we have 3 national titles, 2 runner-ups, 5 playoff appearances.

The only thing of relative significance they contribute to the league is wimminz hoops.

Otherwise, they're a perennial doormat and homecoming opponent.
