Not only is Sam having to compete against his fellow golfers, he is also fighting like crazy to try and defeat the message board curse! After your post caused a triple bogey, he has now pulled off two birdies and is still fighting.

Great report ..... was traveling yesterday and had to watch it recorded. Watched some this morning ..... looking forward to the next two days. Really surprised at Holmes on that type of course. But that was also true of Daly back when he won it.

Holmes has hit 85% of the fairways through two days, and I'll be amazed if he can keep that up. Statiscally, he's one of the least accurate drivers on tour.
