Wake parking

Anyone have any suggestions for parking at the Wake game? It’s my first game there.

My last trip there was for Bowden’s last game and we parked

For free on the street in a nice area a few blocks from the stadium. I don’t think you’ll have an issue.

You can park in a neighborhood. Not a bad walk. Neighbors are very welcoming. Also, pay to park in businesses in always an option. Easy, pleasant trip for fans!

The Dixie Classic Fair is in town. Be prepared to come early

I'm from Winston-Salem. What I understand the paid public parking and the fair parking will be shared and will be $10 first come first serve. So you'll be mixed with folks coming in and out to the fair. There are paid overflow parking lots at various warehouses. I'd show up around a little before noon if you want a good spot around the bball arena.

It won't be as easy as previous posters make it out to be because of the fair.

FYI, Wake serves alcohol and you can drink at your seat during the game.
