One awesome thing from parade

My neighbors, who are “new” Clemson fans, came up from Summerville for today’s festivities.

When one of the player flatbeds went by, one of the players noticed that my 7 year old neighbor had a football, and asked him to throw it up there. The player then told him to run a route, so he did, on the lawn of Brackett. He barely missed the catch.

So the player told him to try it again. This time, he made the catch, and the whole trailer, including Travis Etienne, erupted in cheers. Made the kid’s (and my) day. Wish I knew who that player was.. he made a real difference for that kid.
