But have not picked up a single game on the Nats. It's getting late , 6 games back it looks like a wildcard is the only way Atlanta will have a post season.

Passing the Nationals won't be easy, but if they can cut into the lead by just a couple games over the next 3 weeks they can set themselves up for a run to end the season. Ten of their last 13 games are at home. Three of the home games are against the Nationals and the one road series is against the last place Phillies.

Nats have won 8 in a row, the last three in walk-offs. When Zimmerman get back their line-up is going to be sick good. Nevertheless, the Braves (and the Cards) have historically had their number. It is going to be an interesting September.
