every P5 team ranked after Florida and LSU has 3 or 4 losses too. There's simply not enough 1 and 2 loss teams to fill the top 10.

of them? We are just missing a tier of teams this year. The top 8 is comprised of teams that range from very good to elite and then there's a really big drop off down to a whole pack of teams that are just pretty good.

Exactly. I honestly had the same initial thought about LSU, but I couldn’t make an argument for anyone behind them.
