yesterday. Got back at home at 10:30. lol they had 85 south down to one lane at bridge over Hartwell into Ga to pave the thing starting at 7pm last night. #### traffic was backed up to Anderson almost.

Spartanburg to teh Ga line since at least 1986. I've been to Greenville or Clemson every year since then, and i can't remember ONE time there wasn't construction going on somewhere.
I've never seen any road that needs that much work, for such a long period of time. People have started their careers working on that road, and retired doing the same exact thing, in the same place.

Won't end anytime soon. Widening to six lanes from Spartanburg to the N.C. Line to commence before long.

Why would you not take US 276 to SC 11? Seems going over Hartwell at the state line is way out of the way.
