Hey, I think hiring the son isn't a bad idea... I mean Jeff/Brad Scott. Are you really going to argue?
Plus, ignoring Kiffin's social media issues, he know his offense and that is where Weis Jr. has been... which is another father/son.

As an offensive coordinator, Charlie Weiss could be an awesome hire. Ask Belichick.
However, he is most definitely NOT head coach material.

He's just 26, but he's already been at Florida, Kansas, the New England Patriots, Alabama, the Atlanta Falcons, and Florida Atlantic (where he was a successful offensive coordinator).
