and associate RAG members have become, I propose that we let O310 state score one touchdown this year and immediately afterwards, lock arms with their players and do a championship walk.

This should go a long way towards healing the great divide that remains between the haves and the have nots.

Of course, that won't do for every woker out there because their list of grievances is endless and non-sensical, but your heart is clearly in the right spot.
