I am a GenX'er and recently started a job in an office

with a large number of Millennial co-workers. Gotta say, I am just not seeing the justification for all the scorn and joking older folks (myself included) have been directing towards this demographic. They are all good workers, knowledgeable, frugal and friendly. They are way more responsible and motivated than I was at their age. My guess is that this is the first age group to have a voting block that directly challenges the Boomer Generation, and it scares them. For me, in my cynical GenX way, anything that irritates/scares/pizzes off a Boomer is a good thing.

boomer coworkers is that I'll send an email if I have a simple question rather than feeling the need to call someone and interrupt everything they're doing to get an immediate answer.
That, and I know how to format an email or Word document.

i work with a bunch of them and they are good and smart!
Its just the total lib morons you see on the news who need safe zones and dont allow any critical thinking or talks that scare the #### out of most.
