Bobby Bentley to Auburn as OC?

Source tells FootballScoop Auburn head coach Gus Malzahn’s top candidate for his vacant offensive coordinator role is University of South Carolina running backs coach Bobby Bentley.

Bentley served on Gus Malzahn’s staff at Auburn during the 2014 and ’15 seasons as an offensive analyst. He left to join Will Muschamp (who had served as Auburn’s defensive coordinator in 2015) when Muschamp was hired as South Carolina’s head coach after the 2015 season.

Will 5head join Sr when he bolts?

After the toddler sat out a year, this would serve two purposes:

1) He could escape his annual butt whipping from Clemson.

2) His senior year of HS would be given back to him so he could grow up and be big and strong like those he competes against.



Also - think how empty Muther Muschamps QB cupboard would be?!!!!!!!
