Hope its not black gold with white letters. White background, purple numbers/ letters, orange paw and the nc football symbol with scu riding on top of a 7 someplace would be my choice.

It will most likely have garnet and black on it some where, bc they had to bribe those coots in the senate with something!!!

All custom license plates are now the same template: white background, blue and red stripes at the top separating the "title" from the numbers, black numbers. The only thing you can customize is the title and the logo to the left of the numbers.
That being said, I'm guessing--though it's hard to say--they'll use the "national champions" logo currently in use everywhere else.
