What an effort by Shaq... and you know he was hurting! And I can't say enough about Chris... WOW! It was a privilege to watch these two play this year... unless you were the opposing QB! LOL.

Catch rule.

I soooooooo hate the 21st century catch rule. In any football play, the play is over when the player is down......except on an intentional pass and catch. The inconsistency of the catch rule drives me insane.

1. QB fumbles during a sack? Doesn't matter if he's down.
2. RB fumbles at the end of a run? Doesn't matter if he's matter.
3. You recover an onside kick, but they rip it loose after you're down? Doesn't matter, you're down, play is over.

Catch a ball from a pass, you're down, they rip it loose after you're down? No catch.

I'd like to meet the bean counting idiot that came up with this rule....and remove him from the gene pool.
