We won't be able to keep good coaches....someone asked a few weeks ago what it takes to be an elite program....keeping you staff intact, that's a key.

I thought it was always better to have a HC that specialized on one side of the ball, that way you wouldn't be forced to find a great OC or DC, just one of the two. Dabo is just a great motivational speaker, but he def requires a great DC and OC to keep things going.
