1.Bama had a bad game, they are still better than Clemson 9 times out of 10
2.some Bama starter was "injured or sick" costing Bama the game, but that player was a warrior.
3. Kiffin was thinking about a HC gig and wasn't all in.
4. Distractions in the locker room regarding Saban going to the pros
5. Distractions in the locker for juniors getting draft grade.
6.Bama had a "young" Secondary and Clemson got "lucky" on the 50/50 balls
7.some stupid call in the game cost Bama the game.
8.Kirby smarts departure hurt the focus of the team.
9.The HUNH offense put Bama players lives at risk and should be banned or needed.
10. Clemson played dirty
Those are my guesses.

Well they keep using the " they had 5 turnovers" against Ole Miss as the reason they lost that one. Almost like it didn't count

Don't forget number 11, "Bama wasn't really offside on the onside kickoff. They had the ball and would have surely scored to win but the ref looking down the line blew the call. As it's not reviewable it cost Bama the Nat Championship."

Or one of the more classic explanations, (Especially in close games), "The game was close so it really didn't prove who was actually number one and that either team could have won the game"!

It'll be how they were right all along that Clemson was the better team with the better talent. Haven't you learned that there's zero accountability for their pre game statements when it comes to the post game?
