SC fans this morning talking how unfair it is since they beat Clemson that we are going to a BCS Bowl...finally had enough and walked in with a box of tissues and asked them to take one or quit whinning. Just need to know how to treat them.

On their schedule. If they had taken care of business in their own league they would be going to the NC. I'm sick an tired of not beating them but reality is they had been terrible for so long that all they ever aspired to do was beat Clemson. Didn't matter if they went 4-8 the rest of the year. A great program has other goals besides beating their rival. The rivalry is really important to is a fans in the state but in the big picture the rest of the country has a short memory. If Clemson wins the OB that does so much more for recruiting than beating USuCk. Those kids don't care about that. They will once they get a taste of the rivalry but not in high school.

Hey there Tesla, reading your posts gives me an ice cream headache. Could you try to leave your hillbillisms out of it? If you had a little reading comprehension you would see below my explanation of my dissapointment about the Tennessee game, but that really makes no difference. The reason I am responding is because your brilliant mind believes that Clemson is actually going to take home 18 million bucks. Dude you do realize that the money is allocated to every team in your chitbird conference right?

if you are in the ACC it apparently doesn't matter if you beat them because we are a weaker opponent.

Clemson did not keep usuc out of a bcs bowl....usuc did. the 2 bowl rule did not keep usuc out of a bcs bowl...usuc did.
The orange bowl was not forced to take Clemson. Fsu's invite to the nc game voided that clause. The orange was free to choose any non conference winners.
Now, lets Throw the 2 bowl rule out. A bcs bowl would probably pick Missouri over usuc. That leaves the lady at large between Usuc, Clemson, osu, Oklahoma, and Oregon. The chances an large would go to a 4th sec school over the others is very low.

Actually, this guy has a brain. We dropped that one game we always do. Need to fix that. Bad play calling at the end of the Tennessee game stopped us from going to the SEC championship game. We could have had a shot at a NC had we won that one. But, no biggie. We take care of bidness against Wisconsin & then prepare for next year.
