Taking a Moment in Blacksburg right now

To pay respects to the students killed ten years ago and the beautiful memorial on the drill field. I can't wait to cheer on my Tigers in a few hours but seeing 32 cornerstones from different VT buildings - one for each student murdered - is quite sobering. For a few minutes even on game day, this ol' Clemson boy is a Hokie.

Time to walk toward the stadium and get my game face on.

The entire memorial was an idea, on a whim, by the students

the University was looking into where and what type of memorial to make, but they just decided to improve upon the makeshift memorial the students started right where the permanent memorial is today.

Class my friend, pure class! A friend of mine was one of the students hiding in a classroom and survived! Puts tonight’s game in perspective!
