Tajh Boyd Senior Bowl Day 2

Just watched some of the North Senior Bowl practice on NFL Network and its very windy. Mike Mayock one of the top NFL draft scouting guys said that Boyd was the only QB so far to throw and manage the wind well. Said he looked really good. I missed Tajh throwing but saw the oh so tall and horrible Logan Thomas. Guy couldnt even hit a screen pass in practice

TB will impress a few teams, he also has a lot of potential for improvement.

Maybe Stephen Morris is on his level in terms of arm strength and talent, but I'm not sure.

Scouts said he was inaccurate, so it's good to hear he's doing better today.

I agree. As far as improvement the thing i feel he needs to work on the most is pocket presence. He tends to want to scramble too soon when the line collapses around him and then when he goes to run out, he runs to the side the pressure is coming from instead of rolling the opposite way. And yeah the 6 QB's there are Morris, Logan Thomas, Tajh, Eastern Illinois' Goroppolo, San Jose St David Fales and Fresno St Derek Carr

Good thing he has a chance to make up for poor showing earlier.
