the program, but we should never forget that in that Orange Bowl game, the kid got told not to throw the ball, threw it anyway, had it get intercepted, and should have wound up on the losing side if it hadn't been for a great interception of our own. You can get away with nonsense in the college game that you just can't in the pros.

say will always be a Clemson Tiger. That raw talent, along with a good dose of toughness and leadership, allowed him to excel at the college level while providing all of us Tiger fans with many great memories and thrilling victories. It's a different story at the next level, where any and all deficiencies are immediately exposed and exploited.
Good luck to Tajh going forward. I think he will be successful in life no matter what happens with his NFL career.

I never thought much of Boyd. I know people don't want to hear that, but our wideouts made Boyd. It will show that our system is what also made him look good.

Tajh was a piece of Dabo taking us to the next level

Go back a few years and think about where Clemson was when TB was fired. We hired a WR coach to take over the team after he held the ship through thte storm. Recruiting was in shambles. Tajh Boyd was the star of that very small recruiting class.
Fast forward a few years. Clemson is now nationally relevant and has won 10 games the past 3 years. We have won a BCS game. We have won an ACC championship. Everybody involved with that program helped make that happen and Tajh was a huge part of that. You can say that the system helped him, and that may very well be true, but he still had a very solid career.
More importantly for me, Tajh is a Clemson guy. He's has represented Clemson with the utmost class. He made some bad plays but his positives far outweigh his negatives.

Hopefully he will get picked up, but he could go to the CFL next year and make some serious bucks like Flutie and Moon did some yrs. ago.

Would that be 3rd string for those teams?

Any slot for Boyd would probably be welcome right now. I hope he does land somewhere.
But does that mean any of those teams would have to cut back to 52 in order to pick him up?

Their official roster doesn't show anyone else, but don't they have Kyle Orton?
