Tailgating at Y beach

Can anyone confirm that Y beach is still first come first serve tailgating/parking? I've seen it mentioned in previous years but just wanted a confirmation. $25 a car? We have multiple cars coming to tailgate and enjoy the atmosphere. Some will be catching the shuttle to the game as well. Looking for any advice on Y beach. Thanks in advance and GO TIGERS!

Yes they do $25 per car

Yes that is a spot to go. They have one of the Iptay lots also over there now and run buses but public parking is available to anyone for #25.

With the lake level down 14 + feet, there is a lot more beach available, right????
