Even the dumbest FSU fans might start realizing that Taggart was a bad hire before too long. Well, maybe it might take longer for some of them.

that I talked to this year and before the boise game, felt that last year was a total aberration, it was all jimbo’s fault, Taggart is a great coach and if I heard it once, they kept telling me that this years team is no 5-7 team and that I will be surprised. Well, I was! That being said, apparently they weren’t willing to put their money where their mouth is and buy season tickets. They are THE worst bandwagon fans.

Though I think it had a lot to do with their playcalling. They couldn't (or didn't) establish any sort of methodical drives throughout most of the game, and were relying on long passes that they just couldn't keep hitting.
Then when it became nervous time, they couldn't run the ball or move it from down to down and were left in 3rd and long for most of the second half.
That first half made them look better than they were because they hit 3 of those long pass plays, but once Boise St adjusted FSu had nothing.
