I'm talking about what a GREAT move it was by Dabo to give Tony and Jeff the reigns of the offense. In their first game ever as Co-Offensive Coordinators, they won a bowl game and pretty much moved the ball at will during the game. A year later, they have "engineered" an unblemished, 13-0 winning season for the Tigers and now have an opportunity to win the National Championship in just another eight quarters of football.
I've been a Tiger fan since I walked onto campus in 1972. I hope a lot of you can appreciate what we have here now, what we've had over the last 5 years, what we will probably have for the next 5 years. Many of you are young and will expect this to be the norm. It's not. Don't get me wrong, if we can keep the coaching staff intact, we will continue to attract great talent and continue to win. But life at Clemson hasn't always been this successful.
Please sit back, enjoy the ride, and be appreciative of the coaches, players, and fans that support this program and have made it what it is today!!!
