The difference between us and coots is, the only place that predicts they will have a good season is them; however, the entire country knows we will be good and be there in the end.

I just hope our players aren't reading this junk. Every game is likely to be a struggle because now every team will have in their bulls eye. Am I wrong, but do we still have questions re: our OL?
Still no resolution re: the QB situation, a cluster-f that has cost us one of the top QB's in the nation---second best on the team. I honestly don't know, but don't have a good feeling about this season.

better (on a neutral) than everyone on our schedule. That doesn't mean we are favored by 12+ points in every game. The ~76% chance to win at A&M and FSU is more indicative of a 7-8 point line. That fits assuming that home field advantage is worth 4-5 points at Kyle Field and Doak Walker, which is certainly reasonable.

Which all scares the heck out of me. Coach Frank Howard once stated that, "I'd rather start at the back of the room and move to the front, than start at the front of the room and move to the back." We are starting at the front of the room. and there's only one way to go from there. I'd prefer us scratching and clawing. Just MHO.

Never liked being tabbed favorites b/c xo many things can go wrong (injuries, buying into the hype, etc). But I know our coaches & players have done a great job staying focused on the task at hand instead of the outside chatter & doubt that's gonna chance. I know we have a chance to have a special season as long as we stay healthy & get a few pieces figured out by start of season, but I don't want the fine folks at ESecPN or anywhere else to jinx us
