It's been said in many different ways. Pre-season ratings is at best a crap shoot. Too many variables and no givens since no one knows the lineup yet because injuries can happen anytime.

So, some believe our Tigers will be competitive nationally. I do too. But I say forget the rankings and play ball to show who's ready and who's not.
