Swinney's Texas visit impresses top 2020 defensive back prospect

Clemson head coach Dabo Swinney didn’t have much time to spare in the week after the Tigers’ thrilling 44-16 victory over Alabama in the National Championship Game, but he did find time to make his way to Texas for a visit with one of the nation’s top defensive backs. Full Story »

Is his dad former A&M cornerback Ray Mickens? Big pull if we can pull him from A&M legacy pick.

Yep, but your statement is still accurate - he would be a big pick up for us, to get an Aggie legacy would be huge. And we all know how good a recruiter Jimbo is. This one may get interesting.

Yes, his father was an Aggy. Please come take him away from the Agroids, Dabo. He obviously has little taste and was raised incorrectly with an Aggy father, so I'm pulling hard for Clemson to steal him. One visit to Clemson would swing him.
Any of you ever been to College Station, Texas? It's a %^&% hole and Jimbo Fisher is playing the Alabama/SEC thing right now in state.

By Alabama/SEC thing, you do mean the Alabama/SEC thing that just got soundly thrashed by the Clemson/ACC thing???? ;)
