My thoughts on the schedule:

All Saturday games.... Finally the torch-bearer of the ACC gets some respect.
Two option/cut-block teams in a row.... Saturday, Sept. 15: Georgia Southern Saturday, Sept. 22: at Georgia Tech
Revenge time... Saturday, Sept. 29: Syracuse
Upset alert... Sandwiched between a revenge game and a bye. Saturday, Oct. 6: at Wake Forest
The last 2 years, this would have been a crazy 3 weeks. Now with a weakened NC St, Louisville without Lame-O Jackson, and the big question mark that is FSU, this isn't too bad. Saturday, Oct. 20: N.C. State Saturday, Oct. 27: at Florida State Saturday, Nov. 3: Louisville
Upset alert!! BC has an athletic QB. They always improve towards the end of the season. They play a physical style that being in cold weather favors. Tigers need to be prepared for this one. Saturday, Nov. 10: at Boston College
End the season with 2 cupcakes before the postseason run... nice. Saturday, Nov. 17: Duke Saturday, Nov. 24: South Carolina
It is hard not to predict 12-0.

State gets their 'ace' quarterback back this year but lose several key guys.
Unsure about WF and Duke Syracuse and Lville at home...easy GT is always a head scratcher and BC in Nov could be tough FSU may be great or very ordinary By the time we play usuck they will be preparing for the NC game so nothing real easy here

I think NC St will regress

Their QB is back, but there is no way he plays as well this year in DV as he did last year. They have some big bodied WRs that are back, but we won't have Trapp covering them this year. Plus they lost Samuels and Hines, which is basically their entire explosive playmaking. Then they lost a pretty good bit on defense. I think they are going to be closer to a .500 team this year.

Anything less than 12-0 is unacceptable.

I'd love to go 12-0. But that is very difficult and requires a lot of skill as well as luck. I want to see who gets the start at QB before I make any predictions.

The starting qb should not make a lot of difference in the quality of this team. Regardless of who starts, he will have a very talented team surrounding him on either side of the ball. You imply if KB starts, we will not be as good as if TL starts. I can’t believe the coaches will make a bad decision here. The Tigers are going to be good regardless of who wins the qb battle. For that reason, I don’t care who gets the start. I have no favorite because I like all these Tiger signal callers. The best man will win the job so accept that fact now.

at safety and with Wilkins at TE, we're poised to do some real damage.

NCstate at FSU then Louisville seems a bit much!

The week to week rhythm could really help get on a roll.

Dabo always talks about the weekly schedule and such. With Home-away-home-away all season until the end.
12-0 is likely if we stay healthy.

I find it rather easy to predict 12-0, just as I have predicted in 2018, Clemson WILL BE the first team in college FB to finish a season 15-0!!!! Go Tigers with 2018 being a Historical year for Clemson Football.

To be honest the ACC was the 4th best conference last season and I don’t see it improving much in 2018. Knowing now what we know about our (especially on D) returning players, WHO exactly will stand in the Tigers way? They’ll walk to the playoff next year unscathed barring another Syracuse type fluke.

I don’t know if Duke will be a cellar dweller this year, that would leave us ending the season with a cupcake which is fine to rest our guys before post season begins
