TCU offensive lineman pulled QB into

end zone. Use to be a rule against "aiding the runner." We use to get a quick whistle when runners progress was stopped, now a rugby scrum developes and lineman can advance runner by pushing him. When was a change made on this?

The rule now is you can push, but not pull. Not watching so not sure which actually happened here.



Hyatt pushing Watson into the endzone against VT is an example of legal.
