beat Pitt by 2 TDs...is there anyway we can reneg on these jokers? And these are the teams we are giving up quality non-cons(like tonight) for in the future? They will just pull down the SoS of any team that plays them....Thanks again Swoff...Way to do the math...

statistically dominated the game and had some major goofs early that spotted NW a healthy lead only to storm back but lose in the end.
Pitt on the other hand obviously has no excuse. They have a new coach though who's trying to implement a whole new philosophy. It'll be interested to see if he can get something positive going by the end of the year.

wins and losses should be the the last thing that matters. Wins and losses certainly don't show progress. You can play horrible and still win and play great and still loses. If you're trying to become better, looking at it your way would be demoralizing to kids. Once you've gotten back to being a winning program then you can start looking at wins and losses. Until then, who cares?
