Greenville is home field advantage for Clemson, but playing in Louisville, Ky is not homefield for Louisville...

Swoffhole would rather give Lville the home field advantage

than Clemson the home field advantage. It's clearly not about ticket sales and profit for the ACC...

"Gamecocks aren’t ready to take college football by storm just yet. They’re not even ready to compete in their own state – Clemson will still own the territory. Gamecocks fans would be smart to keep their heads buried until that time. Avoid talking trash to a much better Clemson program.” -Dustin Tackett

So Greenville is too much of a home field advantage for us

but a stadium that is 3 miles from the campus one of the most distant school isn't. Good one Swofford and Mike Martin.

I think the Drive's stadium is just too small

GBraves stadium was a good bit bigger since it was Double A.

I'm surprised they didn't pick Coolray Field in Gwinnett or The Diamond in Richmond though.

It is, but its not like they are selling out anywhere else

if it can handle a Clemson/SC game, it can handle an ACC tournament.

From what I heard, Coolray was an option, but the G-Braves couldn't change the schedule. They are have a homestand the week of the ACC tournament.

Yeah now that I think about it, the ACC probably cares more about suites and amenities than they do about capacity.

Gotta have room for all of those ACC dignitaries and corporate sponsors to shmooze

Swoffy can't stand baseball being in SC. Lol...idiot

A Myrtle Beach baseball tournament would have been perfect.

Louisville is pretty far from any other ACC school, but, it's better than tobacco road!

Shouldn't Swofford be forced to resign since he's associated with UNC, lives in NC and does everything with NC on his mind. That's the politically correct thing for him to do.

I didn't see anything about basketball, men's or women's. Did they move those out of North Carolina also?

Must still be nailing down a site for Women's Bball

Honestly that was probably always Greenville's best shot to host something

SEC is in Gville -- would be that same weekend so that's not

possible

Didn't realize that

Baseball Championship in Looeyvull ... seriously?

The ACC proves its bias over and over!!

This is unacceptable!

Glad to see that both the Men's and Women's Golf tournaments will be in South Carolina...there are just way to many really good golf courses in this state not to have the ACC tournament located here...would have been nice though if both were being played in Pawley's Island and not just one but Musgrove Mill Golf Club in Clinton is very nice just the same

Awwww poor Swofford...

Johnny can't play all his championships in NC anymore.

Re: Ridiculous. About the same as having the ACC Baseball

Tournament in Salem, Jacksonville, or St. Petersburg. Obviously not about getting fannies in seats.
