Lounge Buck of the Day.

I shot this buck behind my house on Sunday. Definitely a high-mark for me.

8 point.

160lbs... processor thought it was 180 or 190lbs before weighing

Good looking deer... especially for Lexington County.

He was right behind a doe, 40 yds out, he just didn't stop. I thought they would pop out in the next lane.... didn't happen. I got this pic of him in August.

Sorry for chinese

apart behind the house. I've only ever seen doe and 2 small 6 pointers on the cameras. Seeing that buck walk out about made me Puma pants.

I was eyeing a doe about 100 yards out, and panning to find it when I saw that buck standing there on the edge of the field.

I get them on camera best in August, in groups

Please tell me this is some image you grabbed off the net to make me jealous... because it did.

That's akin to posting a pic like this and making some casual comment about your wife getting a new dress.

I'd love to have a whole Greenr of them roaming the woods in the years to come.

My luck, some little 85lb spike with horrible genes was running around bustin' nutz left and right while the big ol' fella layed back and said, "I ain't got time for p*ssy any more. Let the young boys have it."

this is the prime season for them to be moving and chasing during the day.

Instead I have to deal with bull ####.

Next time I have time to go hunting the rut will be over and all that's left is little bucks and does that nobody shot.
