MDF, sanded plywood, or something cheaper is fine?

Jul 9, 2020, 10:08 AM

I'm about to build a fairly cheap and easy table for my miter saw. This is really just to get if off the other surfaces that is it currently on but aren't suited for it.

Idea here is to build some sawhorses then connect those two with 2x4 to support the surface, then the surface.

But I built this last year and its been great. You dont want to build a bench that can't easily rotate or move. Casters are key.

I'm about to build a combo table

For the miter saw and small table saw. Thinking of making it 2 4'x4' tables on casters that connect together for a large work space. Probably mdf for the top to save dollars.
