Students who want to go cant get tickets

My daughter is a senior and she has tried to get a ticket for every home game this year and has yet to get one. Seniors get to go online first, but they have an allotment they give out for each class. They are provided a set time to login to try and get a ticket, but they are sold out within the first minute, and with all of those people trying to login and vie for a ticket at the same time, it gets locked up.

EMy son (graduated last year) has friends still in school who can't get a ticket either. The thing is broke.

That is just plain unacceptable. They promise to get this fixed but it sounds like a next year fix, which is too late for this year’s seniors. They need to find a way to fix this year’s system now.
