Stuart Scott has cancer again

Jan 15, 2013, 7:21 PM

This is his third bout with it. I'm not a big fan of Stuart on TV but I'm a HUGE fan of anyone who can beat this ### disease. Prayers to Stuart and all others who are fighting this battle. One day a cure will be found for all cancers. That will be a day to rejoice!

I met Stuart Scott in a bar in Cootlumbia about 15 years ago. He was one of the nicest guys you will ever meet. His personality in public is just as it is on television. I hate cancer and pray that Stuart can beat it again!

If I get Cancer I'm going here

http://www.burzynskipatientgroup.org/

This guy had the audacity to cure cancer. He was ridiculed by his peers, attacked by the state physicians board, hunted by the FDA and threatened. He pursued his passion anyway and saved many, many lives in the process. There is a large and powerful segment of the medical community that does not want to see cancer cured. Why? Because they make too much money searching for the cure. Total BullSh!t.

the sad thing is if the fda

Jan 15, 2013, 9:21 PM

Did approve a vaccine for cancer it would prob be so #### expensive no one could afford it except for the extream wealth......and of course the insurance companys would not cover the shot under any of their plans.

flag link military_tech thumb_downthumb_up

Yeah, like the polio and small pox vaccines. Too bad

Jan 15, 2013, 9:33 PM

Those weren't disseminated to everyone to eradicate those plagues on humanity. I don't get the conspiracy theories. I have lived through having a child battle an almost uncurable form of leukemia and I can assure you that his doctors (who were cutting edge researchers) busted their a$$es to save his and every other kid on that floor's life. To make ridiculous accusations like memphis' is a slap to those people who I know personally devote every ounce of their passion, sweat, and own family life to try and keep kids like mine alive.

flag link military_tech thumb_downthumb_up

Re I have more faith in humanity than that. However, I don't

Jan 15, 2013, 9:58 PM [ in reply to the sad thing is if the fda ]

expect it to be given away.

Prayers to Stuart, i think he is a little corny on SC but no one should have to go through this battle multiple times.

the good thing

is that cancer is not a death sentence anymore. Significant strides have been made in cancer research, but it is still an uphill battle. wishing all the best to Scott in hopes of a full recovery
