Can someone explain to me when Streeter new role is?

Will he be able to call plays on the sideline as well? Also who do we think is getting that recruiting coordinator role? Seems like someone with in the staff but any guesses?

Streeter is now the Passing Game Coordinator

So not a full-blown Co-OC like Scott was. Passing Game Coordinator puts him somewhere above QB Coach, but below Co-OC. So all in all, he’s gotten a promotion out of it with more play calling authority being given to Elliott in comparison to when Scott was on staff.
