Both the official Clemson site, Clemsontigers.com, and TigerNet both show SHELTON MITCHELL as a redshirt Junior. Is this correct? How?

What do you mean how?
2014-2015 - Freshman at Vandy
2015-2016 - Redshirt at Clemson
2016-2017 - Redshirt Sophomore at Clemson
2017-2018 - Redshirt Junior at Clemson

It's his third year in the program, but didn't play in the first due to transfer rules and we were able to use the redshirt for that season.
He, Reed, and Thomas should all return next year. That along with some blossoming young talent should set us up pretty nicely.
It did take a while but Brownell has a solid foundation to continue to build on, and people thought the renovations wouldn't help lol.

They could certainly play overseas, but I don't see any of them being ready for the NBA. Reed potentially just because he is a scorer, but I feel they'll all be back.

he played one year at Vandy... had 3 years of eligibility left
so the 3 key transfers, Mitchell, Reed, and Thomas will all be back next year!

I've never been able to sort out the colored shirts either ...or what they sposta mean . You got red shirts , gray shirts and then over on the practice fields you'll see yellow and green jerseys and what not .
Main thing is that they dont throw any of that into the wash baskets with our home whites .

I guess it just evolved that the home team wears white. I personally like that the CFB home team wears the school "colors".
