got no sacks in this game because he was being held all night. I think they called it a couple of times. One time the SCAR OT just went ahead and tackled him.

more and trying to shoulder some of the blame, but it is ridiculous to let him. If you take all points that the defense allowed off of the board, USuC still wins. Pick 6 + fg on botched punt snap instead of a touchdown = 10 points.
Steele, your D did everything needed to win. This loss was entirely on Dabo and Napier. It is their fault our playmakers don't know how to succeed, it is their fault they make crucial mistakes due to poor fundamentals, it is their fault we are 6-6 and hoping for a bowl invite.

But you spent so much of your defense stopping Lattimore, Jeffery lit you up.
You need to understand that Carolina has another game to play and shut it down with a big lead in the second half. Spurrier was more interested in running the clock and keeping Lattimore on the bench than he was in trying to make the box score look good.

I thought this article was well done. I think Steele's comments about Bowers was classy. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I can't think of one game that our defense didn't give us a chance to win. They have been the defense for which we've waited a long time. Our offense was an embarrassment and they let their defense down numerously. It's really a shame because our coaches could have made adjustments early in the year to help us in the win column.
