I think an interesting strategy would be for our coaches to

take a knee at the 5 yard line on every kickoff and punt. This would give our offense a more available yards to rack up on each drive. I did this when I used to play EA Sports College Football, and rarely did my QB not win the Heisman.

You have to be careful on the kickoffs of course because we don't want the refs to get confused and put the ball on the 25. Maybe just catch the ball, run it a yard or two and then slide at the 5.

Well, if our returners return the KO and punts for TD's, then our RB's and WR's can never gain even a single yard and we cannot win a Heisman. That's the extreme case, but maybe it clarifies the plan.
