Speaking of old Clemson photos...

How many remember this?

The picture was probably taken in the mid 70's.

Notice the Pizza Hut beside the old Red Carpet Lounge. Of course, the Red Carpet Lounge would later become Tiger Town Tavern.

After my time. Ate many meals at the Red Carpet, but I don't think the P-Hut was there yet, IIRC.

Here I was thinking that downtown Clemson was only local chains back in the day, before Winkopp and his ilk started ruining Clemson.
