New here. Go directed here by a coworker b/c he was tired of hearing me vent. So now what? I think it is time for some HONEST talk about Clemson football, the ACC, the SEC.

The SEC isn't what it was 20 years ago, or 10 even. It is a money monster. It won the PR war, and is viewed as the NFL of college football. Recruits like that. 20 years ago, Lattimore and Clowney would've gone to Clemson. Not anymore.

We used to be known for dominant, physical defense. Now, we struggle with opponents who have it.

Honest talk? USC isn't going back to the old USC. Just like Baylor isn't, and Stanford isn't.

Question is...how do we right OUR ship? We aren't the only bully on the block in-state anymore. And our conference isn't helping us out very much with perception.
