Bengaline and Grapeseed Oil

I don't like giving him credit, but it is due. I made some filets earlier and used grapeseed oil for the first time. It works great. It doesn't smoke your house out on high heat. It's the only way to go. Also it is healthier supposedly.

I think it was both of you. I just read your post. I never even heard of grapeseed oil until this past week. You guys are on it. It's a game changer though. Great call.

I used it last night and added a touch of sesame oil to it to sear some tuna steaks for dinner.
