I have made posts about this kid from a private school in the Charlotte who is putting up amazing numbers. I’m sure the competition that Elijah Burris is facing is not top notch but the numbers he is putting up are pretty amazing. Last week he had 29 carries for 362 yards and six TD’s. Thus far he has 2069 yards and ranks seventh nationally. I can’t imagine six players with better numbers than that! I keep up with him through the “Observer”and they rarely give him any coverage. I understand there are a few others on the team with big numbers.

Has anyone had a chance to see this guy play?

If so, it's a public school and it's not exactly in Charlotte, but close enough that the Observer should take notice if they didn't suck as a newspaper.

Yes he attends Mountain Island in My Holly. He has been at Dabo camp so he is well known. There is some good film on him on the internet. 5’ 10” 215 I think.. already visited UNC and ND and others I’m sure. I believe he is a junior so there will be more interest in him later in his career.
Speaking of the Observer and it’s poor coverage, I haven’t read very much about Crouch all year and he is supposed to be the no. 1 player in the state.

too busy gearing up for midterm elections by complaining about the NC GOP to care about sports right now. Oh and mosquitoes, they talk about mosquitoes a lot too.
