Sounds like the ump was trying to get on his nerves

and it worked. Bye.
“We informed the office that if it continued we’d stop it,” West said. “And we did.”
This latest incident occurred with the last-place Nationals batting in the seventh inning, trailing NL East-leading Atlanta by six runs in a game the defending World Series champions eventually lost 10-3.
After Chris Martin threw a pitch to Eric Thames with two outs, umpire Hunter Wendelstedt stepped away from the plate, turned to face the stands and yelled “You’re out” while cocking his thumb.
Rizzo was standing outside the box, high above the plate at Truist Park, without a mask and was barking toward the field.
“He was saying, ‘you’re brutal’ and other things,” West said. “We’re in a pandemic situation, you can hear everything.”
With no crowd in the ballpark because of the coronavirus, someone on the field could be heard saying, “call security.” West then walked to the Braves dugout to use a telephone.
Braves first baseman Freddie Freeman said he heard someone shouting before Wendlestedt reacted.
“I think I heard someone yelling a couple days ago, too,” Freeman said, adding, “There’s no fans in the stands so we’ve got to keep the yelling to ourselves.”
I was thinking the same. That is one strict sport. Imagine if they were that strict in all sports? Also, imagine of you had money on that match? Yikes.
a$$hole. This is one of those last straw things. He’s disrespectful. He’s condescending, and he has a record of firing off at officials on the court. It may have been unintentional, but it was definitely an irresponsible reaction to being broken, and it needed to be addressed. He acted like a child being asinine, inconsiderate, and careless. I’ve pretty much stopped watching tennis because of him. Tennis is a game of respect, and especially at an Open, players should act a certain way. Childish temper tantrums have no place there.
With that being said, he is definitely the current Tom Brady of the tennis court.
Almost like a character overreacting in a funny movie. They had an endearing quality. Djok is an unlikable villain who has a history of launching balls into the stands and carelessly breaking and throwing rackets.
Agree. Didn't look bad at first, something that could happen

to anybody, but then I checked out his past on-court behavior, and yes, seems he had to go. In court, pardon the pun a past action might not be relevant to the current one, but this is not that.
